Bertha Jane Rule Dye, 77, of Hebron, WV, departed this life on Saturday, December 14, 2019 at St. Francis Hospital in Charleston, WV.
She was born August 31, 1942 in Clarksburg, WV.
She was a graduate of Glenville State College with a degree in Nutrition. She retired from St. Marys Correctional Center, St. Marys, WV.
She is survived by her husband of 50 years James M. Dye; children Thomas Allen Dye (Sally) of Parkersburg WV and Showna Dye Schamberger (Richard) of Pennsboro, WV; 4 grandchildren, 2 great-children, 1 step-grandson; 1 brother Steven Rule of St. Marys, WV.
She was preceded in death by her parents Albert Golden Rule Sr. and Clesta Burnside Rule, one brother Albert Rule Jr. and one infant sister.
