Condolence: I and other Hughes Aircraft engineers spent time with Ralph in an overseas assignment in Eschweiler, Germany. We would rotate turns going to a favorite restaurant for lunch -- my favorite was an Italian restaurant in Stolberg, while Ralph's was a Balkan restaurant. We never tired talking about politics or about AMD stock.
