Obituary for Dermal Ruth Smith
Dermal Ruth Smith, 86, of Grantsville, WV went home to be with the Lord on January 4, 2021 at Camden-Clark Medical Center, Parkersburg, WV.
She was born September 15, 1934, a daughter of the late Bill Engel and Ruth Smith.
Dermal enjoyed fishing, gardening, spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoyed spending time with her dogs who will truly miss her.
She is survived by two sons, Bernard and Michael Smith, both of Grantsville, WV; and two sisters, Loretta Collins and Opal Browning.
In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by sons Ronnie Smith and Roger Smith; brothers Otha Yoke and Orlan Smith; and sisters Vermeal Bennett and Dolly Perkins.
A funeral service will be held at Stump Funeral Home & Cremation, Inc., Grantsville, WV, on Monday, January 11, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Mike Kerby officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Interment will be in Gibson Cemetery, Arnoldsburg, WV.
