Obituary for Douglas Todd Cunningham
Douglas Todd Cunningham, 50, of Grantsville, WV went to be with his Lord on February 22, 2019 at the Arbors of Marietta.
He was born September 5, 1968, the son of Roger and Janet Sturms Cunningham.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by daughter, Eden Jade Cunningham; brothers, Chad Cunningham and Eric Cunningham; grandchildren, Oliver Holbert and Riley Holbert; and several nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Clay Sturms, Jr. and Waneta Sturms of Grantsville and paternal grandparents, Trevie Cunningham and Oleta Cunningham Kelley.
Doug attended Mountain State College, was very active in scouting where he achieved the rank of Eagle Scout, he was a 911 dispatcher for Calhoun County EMS, and was a city police officer for the town of Clendenin, WV.
There will be a memorial service for Doug on March 2, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. at Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church. Stump Funeral Home & Cremation, Inc.
