Obituary for Jim Vandale
Jim Vandale, 67, of Big Bend, WV passed away at his home on April 26, 2016.
He was born November 16, 1948, a son of the late William “Bill” and Opal Wise Vandale.
He is survived by three children, Helena Greenawalt, Jessica Lanham, and Angela Burkhammer; one brother, Ed Vandale; and six sisters, Cricket Goff; Sally Goff; Kay Vandale; Corrine Stottsberry, Bonnie Ickes; and Barb Norman; also surviving are 7 grandchildren and 31 nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by brothers, Jeff Vandale, Jack Vandale, Fred Vandale, Delbert Vandale, and Ray Vandale and sisters Pearl Vandale, Helen Vandale, and Delores Vandale.
Graveside services will be held Tuesday, May 3, 2016 at Groundhog Cemetery, Creston, WV with Rev. Steve Norman officiating. Interment will follow in Groundhog Cemetery. Stump Funeral Home, Grantsville, WV is assisting the Vandale family with Jim’s services. Online condolences may be expressed at www.stumpfuneralhomes.com
