Wanda Lee Bailey, 79, of Parkersburg, WV passed away on October 14, 2018 at Marietta Memorial Hospital, Marietta, Ohio.
She was born September 17, 1939, a daughter of the late Reece and Plina Groves Bailey.
A funeral service will be held at Stump Funeral Home & Cremation, Inc., Arnoldsburg, WV on Thursday, October 18, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Interment will be in the Orma UMC Cemetery. Online condolences may be expressed at www.stumpfuneralhomes.com
